Blessings in Christ,
I hope each of you had a good and God-glorifying week. We had opportunity to obersve and celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Day of Service, as well as the Presidential Inauguration. We also had an online meeting regarding outreach and participation with His Coalition For The Homeless.
A few announcements;
This Saturday morning, 1/25, we will have our Hearts & Minds Bible Study at 9am.
On Sunday, 1/26, we will have our Adult Sunday School at 9am (a continued discussion about heaven), Worship Service at 10:30am (continuing our look into ‘The Gospel of John’), and we will have Breaking Bread & Gathering at 6pm.
Also, keep in mind our Annual Meeting is scheduled for Friday, 1/31 at 7pm.
A resource I published today, that will fill you in on my going abouts earlier in the week, namely Sunday and Monday, and my ponderings is my personal blog. Visit the following link to read, Mission Possible”: Pondering Dr. King’s Legacy & President Trump’s Inauguration, and to gain access to other resources, https://mianogonewild.wordpress.com/2025/01/23/mission-possible-pondering-dr-kings-legacy-president-trumps-inauguration/
An updated edition of the LIC Public Press will be published this weekend. Keep an eye out through Facebook and or through the website, www.LICPublicPress.wordpress.com
I look forward to study, fellowship, and worship to be had this weekend to come.
By His goodness & glory,
Pastor Michael Miano
