Blessings in Christ,
I trust each of you have had a blessed week. I have a few resources and announcements to provide.
Tomorrow, 9/21, we have our Saturday Morning Bible Study at 9am.
This Sunday is the last Sunday of the 2024 Summer Season! We will highlight the importance of the beginning of a new season this Sunday, as we continue our Summer Sermon Series through Luke & Acts. Our weekly reading is Acts chapters 20-23.
Join us, perhaps invite some others to join us, this Sunday. Adult Sunday School at 9am, Worship Service at 10:30am, and our evening Breaking Bread at 6pm.
Our last few weeks of sermons have not been uploaded and I had not been writing weekly updates. However, you can always visit the church YouTube page to review sermons. Here is the link to BPBC’s YouTube page, https://www.youtube.com/@bluepointbiblechurch2059
This past Sunday, we hosted a Memorial Service for Ms. Kathy Dazzo. You can watch that video of the service and see some pictures at the following link, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QmoiETnf6c
We’ve had quite a few edifying conferences in the Preterist community the past few months. We compiled a listening list through The Power of Preterism Network’s blog. You can review the 2024 Preterist Conferences and Interviews at the following link, https://powerofpreterism.wordpress.com/2024/09/05/2024-preterist-conferences-reviews/
Lastly, I am excited to provide the information for our upcoming annual Bible conference, Advancing The Faith, scheduled for November 15th -17th, 2024. At the following link (or by visiting the “Advancing The Faith” tab on our website) you can find speaker information, travel and lodging, and soon enough we will post the conference schedule, https://www.bluepointbiblechurch.org/?page_id=3604
We continue to lift up specific prayers for Karen and Phil, Terri and Wayne, and a few others. May comfort, healing, and peace be there’s. We praise God for His continued work in and through our congregation and the various efforts in front of us. We also thank God for our creature comforts. In Jesus’ mighty name.
I look forward to fellowship and worship, in Spirit and in Truth, to be had this weekend at The Blue Point Bible Church.
By His continued goodness & grace,
Pastor Michael Miano
