I hope each of you had a blessed week. We are in the season of Lent, so of course I pray each of you have continued in your self-examination, possessing and increasing to the glory of God.
A few announcements:
Tomorrow, Fri., 3/10, we will have our third session of “What Happy Couples Know”. If you have already attended, you are RSVP’d, however if you look to join us for a lesson, discussion, and food with fellowship at 6:45pm, we ask that you call the church and/or communicate with Pastor Mike. (See attached graphic for details).
Sat., 3/11, we will have our Saturday Morning Bible Study at 9am.
*** We will not have our Men’s Breakfast this month because of a planned men’s event at Sound of Heaven Church, next Saturday, 3/18. Consider RSVP’ing. The event will be 10am -12pm at SOH Church (375 Commack Rd. Deer Park NY 11729). This Sunday, 3/12, is not only the beginning of Daylight Saving Time, so please be mindful to “spring ahead” in your timing, we also have the St. Patrick’s Day parade. Some of the local roads may be blocked and detours will be provided. We will have our usual Adult Sunday School at 9am, Worship Service at 10:30am, and Breaking Bread & Gathering at 6pm.
