We began 2022 with a vision for simplicity, peacefulness, and beauty in all that we do, especially in our intentional discipleship and healthy leadership. I thank each of you who submitted the “Letter of Intent” (and we look forward to welcome more active membership soon) and we aim to complete our Leadership reading effort through Up The Middle Church (we are currently moving into chapter 2).
We did table a future meeting for review of the finances and hoped we might do so by August 2022. Also, a planning/discussion meeting is being planned for our 2023 Annual Bible Conference. Building and property maintenances continues, discussion was had about having the room heaters repaired before winter.
Some new business that was brought up in the meeting is as follows;
- Audio ideas for Wednesday night studies (streaming and recording for benefit of others outside our group).
- Men’s Breakfast & Ladies Luncheon (looking to start soon; keep an eye on the Monthly Calendar).

- Whale watching idea (Meredith)
- I(GAVE) – I Gathered Against Violence & Enmity)
August event being planned; possibly welcoming Shane Claiborne - Partner with BPCCA & local community regarding Ukraine relief effort
September 24th event being planned
- October “The Attic” Halloween decor/costumes event
- October – possible event for Reformation Day (Oct. 31st)
- November – Harvest Dinner Potluck-style
- November – Operation Christmas Child
- December – 2nd Annual Under The Tree: Christmas Outreach
