Blessings in Christ,
I trust that each of you had a blessed post- Easter week living as “Resurrection people”. May we breathe His resurrection power into all that we do.
A few announcements;
There will be no Saturday Morning Bible Study this morning, 4/23.
As many of you already know, I am currently out-of-town, slated to speak at a conference later today in Sulligent, Alabama. Just last night I found myself singing along with Ward Fenley and others as they sang praises to the Lord. I have attached the graphic for the conference.
As far as aiding others in listening, watching, and being apart of the conference through online/distant means, we are working up some ideas. Similar to our church building, it appears they may be some connectivity issues with the internet. That being so, either I or Ward will attempt to stream video online (as soon as we get it up and running I will send out info through email, post on social media, etc. Also, I am looking to possibly audio record the sessions for listening and review after the conference.
Tomorrow, 4/24, there will be no Adult Sunday School, however, Elder Steve Hernandez will be leading/teaching/preaching during our Worship Service at 10:30am. There will not be a Breaking Bread & Gathering session in the evening.
We mentioned a variety of praises and prayers this past Sunday. We praise God for the healing, for the ability, and for His power that He continually manifests among us. We also lift up prayers for many in our assembly, their families and friends, and pray for necessary healing and comfort where necessary. Specific praises and prayers lifted up on behalf of Elder Steve Hernandez regarding his recent hospital stay (may the Lord strengthen and bring healing to his body) and for sister Sandy’s friends who were supposed to come for a visit this week but had some health issues (may God manifest His healing power). We lift these things up, plus much more, for the glory of God.
I want to go ahead and get this update out so I will cut it short. For your edification, consider reviewing the podcasts of the Preterist Power
Hour that were published this week. You can access them at the following link, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLOAln92zuacusIlDspOZVg
I thank each of you for your prayers regarding travel mercies and edification through my messages at the conference.
To God be the glory.
By His mercy,
Pastor Michael Miano
