Blessings in Christ,

I hope that each of your days this week have been infused with opportunities to see and grow in peace, hope, joy, and love, especially as we continue to move through the Advent season (this week being focused on our Hope). As one devotion challenged this this morning, “Is your hope in hope the thing, or in Hope the person (Jesus Christ)?”

I am excited to gather for good fellowship and food tomorrow, Sat. Dec., 11th at 5pm for our Annual Harvest Potluck Dinner. Prayerfully as each of you prepare your items to bring, you are also thinking of people to invite. I have attached the promotional graphic for you to share with others.

Some study resources for your edification;

  • Following the sermon I preached last Sunday regarding the “Word of God”, I put together a blog with my notes and some other thought, which you can read and review at the following link, https://mianogonewild.wordpress.com/2021/12/07/1161/
  • Here is a link for this week’s session of Preterist Power Hour (along with a bunch of resource links and details), https://powerofpreterism.wordpress.com/2021/12/10/12-9-preterist-power-hour-resources/
  • This Sunday, Dec. 12th, we will be ‘getting into Galatians’ as we venture further in our “Fullness of Time” sermon series” (New Testament).

I look forward to gathering with each of you, either for our Harvest Dinner (Saturday at 5pm) , or Sunday Adult Sunday school on Sunday at 9am, Worship Service at 10:30am, or maybe even Common Prayer at 6pm. We desire to see the saints edified and God glorified through all that we do.

By His continued mercy & grace,
Pastor Michael Miano
