Tonight, Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021, the church bell at The Blue Point Bible Church (the historic church on the corner of Blue Point Ave. & Maple St.) will toll 600 times (every few seconds for an hour) between 6pm – 7pm.
Just as we did when the US Coronavirus death tolls reached 400,000, then 500,000, now at 600,000 +, we ring the bells to keep in our memories those who suffered and died, and to keep their loved ones in our prayers.
We praise God for the vaccinations being available and distributed, and continue to pray for healing to take place across our land.
We ask that both – those in earshot of the bell tolls – as well as those who are not, to join us for this time of prayer, reflection, and bell-ringing. We will start promptly at 6pm.
