Blessings in Christ,

I hope that each of you had a fruitful week and not only enjoyed the beautiful weather we were blessed with here on Long Island, but also praised God in the midst of it. I know for two days in a row, I was able to walk outside, feel the sun and a refreshing breeze, and thank God for a soon coming new season. By way of reminder, please remember to “spring forward” to coming Sunday, we wouldn’t you to be late for gathering with the church. 🙂

I have a few announcements and resources to share. And of course, following the announcements and resources I will share corporate praises and prayers from this past Sunday.

As many of you already know, we rang the church bells 90 times this past Wednesday to mark out the 90 years our bell has either been manufactured or installed. Either or, we continue to have a resounding influence in our community and in the world. To God be the glory!

Tomorrow’s, 3/13, Saturday Morning Bible Study is canceled. That being so we marked out reading from The Final Decade Before The End and to read  at least 2 of the prison epistles in their entirety in one sitting (Ephesians, Colossians, Philemon, and/or Philippians).

We will gather in-person at The Blue Point Bible Church this Sunday, 3/14, for Adult Sunday school at 9am and Worship Service at 10:30am. Information regarding our celebration of St. Patrick’s day, Wed. March 17th,  and other outreach information will also be shared.

Edward Howell and I had an edifying time outing and summarising the importance of the Feast of Trumpets and eschatology as we continue going through the Feasts of Israel on the Preterist Power Hour. You can watch this past Thursday’s, 3/11, session at the following link, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtIpLYGCaBs

Also, here is the graphic we shared on this week’s PPH regarding the coming of Christ.

A few weeks back I had mentioned the late apologist Dallas Willard and his resources. I recently read through his book, The Allure of Gentleness, and provided a review which you can read at the following link, https://mianogonewild.wordpress.com/2021/03/13/book-review-dallas-willards-the-allure-of-gentleness/

Lastly, more recently I have been blessed by insights and articles shared by Daniel Rogers. I continue to praise God for him and prayer for him. I imagine many of you will do so as well if you familiarize yourself with his resources. You can read his most recent blog at the following link, https://labornotinvain.com/2021/03/12/all-i-need-is-the-bible/?fbclid=IwAR3GrCNXcRvQJpHLZ8jjnSECvphnZOtU131z_xEGwwDEZDwOmvRzdnRi3xE

I look forward to study, fellowship, and worship with each, if not all, of you this coming Sunday. Until then, I pray you might enjoy the resources mentioned in this email.

By His peace that surpasses all understanding,

Pastor Michael Miano
