Good and blessed morning.
Happy Friday the 13th to each of you. Prayerfully, each of you are being kept in His peace, despite a lot of worry about the spread of the Coronavirus. I do want to let you know beyond prayer, caution is being taken. We will be wiping everything down a bit extra than usual, encouraging proper and consistent handwashing, and refraining from close contact with each other. Also, while we celebrate togetherness and fellowship, we will cancel some gatherings as we see necessary.
We will NOT have our movie night tonight. However, you can watch the movie in the comfort of your own home by visiting the following link, https://founders.org/cinedoc/. I hope you might watch the film, keeping a future corporate discussion in mind. What are your thoughts about what is presented? What stood out most to you? How do you feel about the different perspectives – complementarian or egalitarian?
We will have our Saturday Morning Bible Study at 9 am, tomorrow (3/14).
Also, some of us are planning to hike at what has been called the “healthy heart trail”, otherwise known as Hidden Pond Park tomorrow, 3/14. We plan to meet at The Blue Point Bible Church at 12pm and leave from there. Dogs and extra people are great. We are aiming for a 2 hour walk.
We will resume with our normal services this coming Sunday, 3/15. The St. Patrick’s Day parade that was supposed to happen this Sunday in Blue Point has been canceled.
I had mentioned that popular Bible teacher, Gary DeMar, will be visiting Long Island next week. Below you will find a graphic advertising that event. I have already registered 10 random tickets for our congregation, so please let me know if you plan to go.
Also, I published a few resources for your edification this week. A few more of the devotions I had been going through (today was the last day) and a L.I.F.E. w/MGW podcast. Visit the following links:

Please continue to exercise caution and healthy habits as we deal with the Coronavirus pandemic. May our love for Him and others cast out our fears. I look forward to opportunities for continued fellowship that we will find this weekend.
By His ever-renewing grace,
Pastor Michael Miano
