Prayerfully, each of you had a God-glorifying and enriching week, especially as we moved into the hopeful month of April. We surely have a lot going on and coming up at The Blue Point Bible Church.
Quite a few announcements before I share our weekly corporate praise and prayer.
This past Sunday I had intentionally skipped going over information regarding our Committees. A informative email in those regards will be sent out Saturday evening. Also, this Sunday a few bags for a start-up Saturate effort will be available to take and distribute.
Tomorrow, Saturday, 4/6, we will have our Saturday Morning Bible Study at 9am. We will be continuing our study through Deuteronomy chapters 31-32.
The month of April is filled with what are considered as “holy days” such as Palm Sunday (4/14) and Easter (4/21), and also Earth Day (4/22), therefore giving us ample opportunity to be inviting others to join us for Worship Service. By Sunday our Church Calendar on our website will be updated, and at service a printed copy will be available.
Attached, you will find two important events to mark down on your calendar. Thursday, May 2nd is National Day of Prayer. We will have brief exhortations and collective prayer at The Blue Point Bible Church beginning at 12pm that day, along with a traditional ringing of the bells. Also, Saturday, May 18th is the Great Brookhaven Cleanup. A few of us from BPBC along with members of the community will be out from 6am to 10am cleaning up various portions of our beautiful area. Please consider joining us if you so desire. Also, see the attachments for both of these events.
Of course, please remember, tell others, and look forward to two Bible-based events. My debate with Sam Frost on Saturday, May 4th, 2019 at 7pm.
