Blessings in Christ,
I trust that this first week of the new year was set apart for the glory of God in and through your life. How are your resolutions going? Perseverance is key! In my life I have marked out resolutions involving setting boundaries, prioritizing, and being more intentional in my intercessory prayer. Prayerfully, if you have social media, you have been blessed by my online prayers being offered up periodically through the week (this is a commitment I have taken on for the new year). May the Lord bless us with increased praises through answered prayer.
We will be beginning a new topic at this Saturday, 1/5 for our 9am Bible study. We will be entering in to a study through the Epistles of John (1,2, & 3). Please consider joining us.
On Sunday, 1/6, I will be bringing us into a new sermon series, Celebrate Christ. In this sermon series we will look at various topics of what we celebrate in Christ, “…all things pertaining to life and Godliness”, and I trust gain an increased understanding of Godly things. Be sure to invite others to join us at 10am for coffee, cake, and fellowship and of course, 10:30am for our Worship Service. (see attachment)
Also of importance, we have begun going through a 2 course study on “Heaven and Earth” that was put together by Apostle Johnny Ova at Sound of Heaven Church. This coming Wednesday, 1/9 we will have discussion regarding the first video we watched this past Wednesday, and the following week begin the second video. Consider joining us for a time of praise, prayer, and Bible study at 7:30pm.
