Blessings in and through Jesus, our Lord.

Prayerfully, each of you had a blessed week and are looking forward to the God-honoring truths that are highlighted through St. Patrick’s Day. Obviously, I am not talking about the cultural themes celebrated (beer, food, and partying), but rather the truths that are exemplified through St. Patrick – his mission to reach others and his famous prayer “The Breastplate”, which takes note of God’s presence in all that we do.

Please allow me to share some announcements and some resources.

It’s getting excitedly close to our annual conference! Make plans to join us for great topics and speakers, Friday, March 23rd to Sunday, March 25th, for the Examining Crossroads: Biblical Controversies Conference at The Blue Point Bible Church. The following link will give you all the information you need, www.bluepointbiblechurch.org/peace/?page_id=1346

Also, at this point I have now submitted my Opening Statement and 2 rebuttals to the “Israel Only” (IO) debate. Next week we conclude with Closing Statements. I will be speaking on salvation and marking out some details regarding the IO view in my presentation Friday, March 23rd at the upcoming conference. Last week I wrote a review of a great book I had the chance to read by Mr. Bryan Lewis. Bryan Lewis is a teacher I consider to be a scholar and his book, Jew and Gentile Reconciled, could not have been read at a better time. Here is a link to that review for your perusal, https://mianogonewild.wordpress.com/2018/03/09/jew-and-gentile-reconciled-a-review-of-bryan-e-lewiss-book/

I look forward to seeing some, if not all, of you this weekend. Either Saturday morning Bible study (9am), Adult Sunday School (9am), or our Sunday Worship Service (10:30am).

In Service to Him, Pastor Michael Miano
