Blessings my beloved in the Lord!
It has surely been a blessed and busy week. Despite some of the devastating things that have been happening our culture, the Jewish feast of Purim (which was celebrated Wednesday evening), reminds us that our faith in God will prevail. Blessings will surely manifest as we diligently grow in and through the characteristics of 2 Peter chapter 1, “…if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Most of you know that I have been preparing for my participation in a written debate regarding the Israel Only view with Mr. Michael Miano. Opening Statements were released yesterday afternoon. I will continue to keep everyone posted on the progress through blog updates and emails. Here is a link wherein I provide information about the debate and the Opening Statements, https://mianogonewild.wordpress.com/2018/03/01/852/
I published two blogs this week. One was a review of the Kingdom of God conference at Church of the Intercessor (Sam Frost was a presenter) that I attended last weekend (and spoke about in our Adult Sunday School last Sunday). Also, I wrote a review of TJ Finley’s book, Kingdom Come. There will be copies of TJ’s book available at our upcoming Examining Crossroads: Biblical Controversies Conference (March 23rd -25th, 2018). Visit www.mianogonewild.wordpress.com to read those blogs.
Lastly an important announcement is the upcoming Wicked book club that will meet at the Bayport -Blue Point Library for Mondays in March. We will meet in the Gene Horton Room from 7:30PM-9PM. All are welcome. Bring your copy of Wicked, otherwise you can purchase a signed copy for half price ($10). You will see a graphic for the book club attached to this email.
In His Wonderful Will,
Pastor Michael Miano
